ModeratorMoving Mountains Initiative 2 year lead contractor- Jul 14 2021 deadline
In May 2021, Banff Canmore Community Foundation, in partnership with the Town of Canmore and Town of Banff, announced an ambitious two-year initiative to build resiliency and strengthen collaboration in the Bow Valley’s civil society. Funded with $400,000 from the Province of Alberta’s Civil Society Fund, the Moving Mountains Initiative will enable organizations throughout the Bow Valley to collaboratively achieve greater impact. The Initiative will explore and develop new ways to generate funds for groups doing important work for the community, including social enterprises. https://www.banffcanmorecf.org/programs-events/moving-mountains-initiative/
Banff Canmore Community Foundation, Town of Banff & Town of Canmore are requesting expressions of interest from people who may be a fit for the lead contractor role on this initiative. For the successful proponent, this is an opportunity to lead an ambitious, multi-dimensional project that has the potential to transform the civil society sector in the Bow Valley. Deadline for ROEI is June 14, and the contract will commence July 12 (TBC).
